Michele Sammeth, PT, MPT

Michele graduated Phi Kappa Phi with a Master of Physical Therapy degree from University of Puget Sound in 1992. Prior to that she attended Western Washington University and graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Michele worked a Northwest Hospital Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports Medicine clinic for 12 years. There she was a member of the osteoporosis program development team. She also participated in community education programs for senior citizens.

Michele has taken a variety of courses during her career as a physical therapist. She utilizes an eclectic approach, drawing on different techniques to develop an effective treatment plan for each patient. She believes strongly in the importance of education.

Knowledge of how a body works enables a person to take charge of their health and well being. She enjoys working with all types of patients, and has a particular interest in osteoporosis and pelvic dysfunctions.

A native of Seattle, WA , Michele and her husband, Keith Hill, moved to Bellingham in 2007. They enjoy all the great trails and camping the beautiful Northwest has to offer. Her family includes Glacier the amazing trail dog, and Inge and Nikolai, the cats who rule the roost!

Michele and her husband share a passion for trail running and ultramarathons.

She has completed three 50Ks including the Chuckanut 50K. In 2006 she finished the White River 50 mile run.
